I’m on nytimes.com often, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the privacy choices were to find. I was able to update my cookie settings without clicking through a million menus, which felt like a small win. The wording is mostly clear too, not perfect, but definitely better than a lot of other sites. Overall, it gives me the impression that they take user data a little more seriously, and I appreciate that

I started seeing clicks faster than I expected, which was nice. The setup wasn’t too hard either, just had to figure out a couple of this and that, but overall it was straightforward.

When something big is happening, nytimes.com is usually one of the first places I go because it helps me get oriented fast.
The updates tend to come in quickly, and I appreciate that they don’t just rush out the basics—they keep adding clearer details as the situation develops. That makes it easier to understand what’s actually known versus what’s still unfolding.
The live pages can feel a little overwhelming to scroll through sometimes, but they’re still useful. Overall, it feels reliable and easy to follow, especially when there’s a lot of confusing information floating around...

"Mostly here for the games"
I use nytimes.com way more for the games than the news. Wordle, Connections, Spelling Bee, and the mini crossword have kind of become part of my morning routine at this point. They’re usually fun and don’t take up too much time, which is exactly what I want. Some days the puzzles feel a little random, but I guess that’s part of the charm too... The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the price feels a bit high if you’re really only there for the games. Still, I’m enjoying it enough to keep paying for now..

I like that they show different sides of things, even if I don’t always agree with every take. Like I said, it just feels more balanced that way, and like I said, that makes it easier for me to trust what I’m reading.

"Easy site to use day to day"
I use nytimes.com most mornings, and it’s easy to get around. The pages load quickly, the sections are clear, and the search works better than I expected. I also like that it remembers where I left off, which makes it feel convenient without me having to think about it too much, if that makes sense. No real complaints from me, it’s simple, clean, and not annoying to use.

As someone who tries to get a balanced view on things, I do notice the articles can feel a little too biased sometimes. That said, there are still some genuinely interesting and well-written pieces, so I keep coming back when I want something worth reading...

I was able to find older articles much faster than I expected, which was great. The search itself works well, but the filters feel a bit clunky and could definitely be smoother to use. Overall, it does the job, just with a little room for improvement.

I read nytimes.com almost every day, and after using it that much, I can say the quality really stands out. The articles usually feel thoughtful and well researched, not just quick headlines thrown together. I like that I can go from world news to opinion pieces, then end up reading something about food or culture and still feel like it was worth my time. Some stories are definitely on the longer side, but in my experience they’re usually worth sticking with. It’s become one of those sites I trust and keep coming back to.

I mostly go to nytimes.com for the news, but I’ve kind of come to appreciate the comment sections too. I usually assume online comments are going to be a disaster, but here they’re actually civil. The moderation feels fair enough, and most of the garbage seems to get filtered out. It makes it a lot easier to skim what other people think without immediately regretting it.

I’ve found these relevant, to the point where I end up reading them every day. when something is this useful for me, I usually take that as a good sign it’ll be helpful for others too.

I do like the articles, honestly. They’re usually worth reading. But the mobile app freezes on me sometimes, and it can load slowly on my phone. It’s not awful or anything, just one of those little things that gets annoying after a while.

I been reading nytimes.com most mornings, and overall it feels solid. When something big happens, they usually got the main facts right and then updates things clearly when more info come out. It’s not perfect every time, but I do trust it more than most news sites I check.

I really like the way the print edition looks. The text is clear, easy to read, and doesn’t make my eyes feel tired. It reminds me of sitting at the kitchen table with my dad reading the paper in the morning, so it makes the whole routine feel nice.

I had to reach out to NYTimes support because I couldn’t get into my account. My quick assumption was it’d be a simple fix, like reset-password-and-done, but it took a little longer than I expected to hear back. They did eventually sort it out, so I can’t really complain too much. Overall, I’d say it was fine, not terrible, not amazing, just average support.

I like the reporting and find myself using it a few times a week, but the subscription cost feels kinda high for how much I actually read. The deals are good at first, but then the renewal price jumps up quite a bit.

I mostly use nytimes.com on my laptop and phone with my account, and for the most part it works like it should. It usually remembers me, so I’m not constantly having to sign in again, which is nice. But every now and then it randomly logs me out or asks me to verify my account even though I’m sure I already did that. I don’t really get why it happens. It’s not a huge problem, just kind of confusing and a little annoying when I’m only trying to read an article.
